Introducing Slovakia Shuttle
Slovakia Shuttle is a product created by the cooperation of state carriers DB Cargo and ZSSK Cargo for the transport of smaller volumes of goods and shipments by rail between Western and Eastern Europe.
Slovakia Shuttle has not yet reached its capacity ceiling. Since its main export market is Western Europe and Germany, it is possible to continue to transfer other goods from road to rail.
The fast connection for individual wagon loads also works in the opposite direction for goods heading from Germany east to the Czech and Slovak Republics with the possibility of continuing on to Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria or Ukraine.
Train-made stations: Žilina, Ostrava, Pardubice, Halle
Departures: 5-6 times a week, from Monday to Saturday
Transit times: less than 20 hours on the Žilina - Halle route
Alternative routes:
